Fridricus Dei Gracia Romanorum Rex semper Augustus Vniuersis Sacri Romani Imperii Fidelibus presencium inspectoribus Graciam suam et omne bonum. Constituti in nostre maiestatis presencia Honorabiles et Religiosi viri Abbas et Conuentus Monasterii sancte Crucis in Austria, Cisterciensis Ordinis Priuilegium quoddam nobis obtulerunt petentes cum instancia, idipsum et articulos in eo contentos de benignitate Regia confirmari. Cuius tenor de uerbo ad uerbum talis est: Albertus dei gracia Dux Austrie et Styrie Dominus Carniole Marchie et Portusnaonis. (Folgt die Urkunde Herzog Albrecht's, 24. Decembris 1286. Fontes, Bd. Nos igitur, qui ad utriusque vite felicitatem prodesse nobis nequaquam ambigimus, si loca diuino cultui mancipata ampliare curauerimus, et eorum comodo pia intendere voluntate, zelo sacre Religionis et eorumdem fratrum instancia dictum Monasterium cum Personis et bonis suis in proteccionem nostram et fauoris sumentes amplexus, Priuilegium supradictum cum emunitatibus ac iuribus sev libertatibus inclite recordacionis Alberti Romanorum Regis‚ tunc Ducis Austrie et Styrie, Genitoris et predecessoris nostri karissimi, in eodem permissione munifica declaratis liberaliter approbamus, innouamus et presentis scripti patrocinio confirmamus. Mandantes, ut nulla persona Ecclesiastica uel secularis, alta uel humilis predictum Abbatem et Conuentum ac Successores eorum, Monasterium et bona sua contra presentis Priuilegii seriem super aliquibus ausu temerario molestare presumat, quod qui attemptare presumpserit, preter indignacionem nostri culminis, quam incurret, Sexaginta Libras auri componat, medietate fisco nostro, reliqua dicto Monasterio persoluendas. Ad huius itaque nostre proteccionis, approbacionis, innouacionis et confirmacionis memoriam ac robur in posterum perpetuo, presentem paginam Regalis nostri signi et Sigilli, fecimus signaculo comuniri. Signum Domini Friderici Romanorum (Loc. Monogr.) Regis dei Gracia inuictissimi. Datum Wienne XII°. kalendas Maij Anno Domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Sextodecimo. Regni vero nostri anno Secundo.
