Nos fratres, frater Thomas lector tunc Prior in Paden et frater Neymbordus subprior ibidem Ceterique omnes et Singuli conuentus antedicti fratrum heremitarum ordinis Sancti Augustini, presentibus profitemur, quod religiosi viri domini de sancta cruce ordinis Cisterciensium redemerunt a nobis lxxxij. denarios reddituum, quos annuatim tenebantur reddere in die Sancti Cholomani martyris, de vna vinea dicta goltstayn, spectanti ad curiam eorum in paden, et quia habuerunt litteram super hoc, quod ex iure quando vellent prefatos redditus a nobis exsoluere possent, hinc est, quod pro exempcione eorundem reddituum ab eisdem dominis recepimus duas libras denariorum wiennensium, de quibus sumus in toto expediti. In cuius rei testimonium sigilla nostra Prioris et conuentus presentibus duximus appendenda. Datum in Paden anno domini M°. CCC°. xliii°. feria iii. proxima post diem Palmarum.
