Hertwig des Schreibers Sohn, Bürger zu Stein, verkauft dem Nonnenkloster zu Dürnstein um 50 Pfund Wiener Münze einen Hof zu Strunzentreut. Zeugen: Konrad der Durst, Richter zu Krems, Niklas der Zehentner und Friedrich Rueschel.
