Uniuersis Christi fidelibus presentes literas inspecturis Nos Dei gracia Basilius jerosolimitanus, Ranutius Callaritanus, Adinulfus Consanus Archiepiscopi, Thomas Ethesiensis, Nicolaus Tortibulensis, Manfredus sancti Marchi, Antonius Cenadiensis, Bernardus Parsensis, lacobus Calcedonie, Nicolaus neocastrensis episcopi Salutem in Domino sempiternam. Splendor paterne glorie qui sua mundum illuminat inefabili claritate pia vota fidelium de clementissima ipsius maiestatis benignitate sperantium tunc precipue benigno favore prosequitur cum ipsorum humilitas Sanctorum precibus ac meritis adiuvatur. Cupientes igitur ut ecclesia Sancti Georii canonicorum et in carnario eiusdem ecclesie in Hertzogenberch Pataviensis Diocesis congruis honoribus frequentetur et a Christi fidelibus veneretur, omnibus vere penitentibus et confessis qui ad dictam ecclesiam in singulis subscriptis festivitatibus seu diebus videlicet Nativitatis Domini, epiphanie, Resurrectionis Pasce Ascensionis et Pentecostes, In IIII. festivitatibus beate Virginis Marie videlicet Nativitatis, Purificationis, Assumptionis, Annunciationis, In festis omnium Apostolorum, In festo iohannis Baptiste, Georii martyris, sancti Stephani Protomartyris, Marie Magdalene, Margarete, Catarine virginum, In commemoratione omnium Sanctorum, In dedicatione ipsius ecclesie et per octavas causa devotionis et orationis accesserint annuatim vel qui ad fabricam luminaria ornamenta reparamenta seu aliqua alia necessaria ipsius ecclesie manus porrexerint adjutrices, aut qui in bona sui corporis sanitate seu etiam in extremis laborantes quicquam suarum prefete ecclesie legaverint facultatum, nec non qui presbiterum dicte ecclesie cum corpore Christi ad infirmos deportantem associaverint (sic) et devote fecerint comitivam, de omnipotentis Dei misericordia et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius auctoritate confisi singuli nostrum singulas quadragenas de iniunctis sibi penitentiis misericorditer in Domino relaxamus, dummodo volunptas Dyocesani ad id accesserit et consensus. In cuius rei testimonium presentes literas nostrorum sigillorum fecimus appensione muniri. Data Rome Anno Domini MCCC. mense novembris XlIIIma indictione. Pontificatus Domini Bonifacii PP. octavi Anno sexto.
