Vniversis Christi fidelibus has litteras inspecturis Capitulum Sacrosancte Lateranensis Ecclesie salutem in Domino sempiternam. Vestre Karitati venerabilem patrem et Canonicum nostrum Dominum Thomam Episcopum Lavellensem, quem pro negociis ecclesie nostre ad partes alemannie transmittimus, recomendamus, vniversitatem vestram karitatiue rogantes, quatenus, cum idem ad vos venerit, ipsum ob reverenciam dicte ecclesie benigne et honeste, sicut decet, recipiatis sibi prestantes auxilium et fauorem. Datum Laterani II. Idus Julii Pontificatus Domini Alexandri Pape IIIIti anno quinto.
