    Nos Albertus D ei gratia Dux austrie et Stirie, Dominus Carniole, Marchie ac portus naonis profitemur tenore presencium vniversorum noticia, ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit, declarantes, quod Hadmarus et Rapoto filii quondam Rapotonis de Valkchenberch balnearem Stupam Newnburge sitam, dictam scherphingpadstuben, honorabili viro Paboni preposito Newnburgensi et conventui ibidem pro triginta duabus libris denariorum Wiennensis monete vendiderunt perpetuo possidendam, renunciantes omni nostri questioni et accioni, que sibi competunt in eadem. In cuius rei testimonium has litteras scribi et sigilli nostri munimine fecimus roborari, testibus, qui presentes aderant, annotatis, et hii sunt (dieselben, wie bei der vorhergehenden Urkunde). Datum Wienne Anno Domini M°CC°LXXXV°. XVII. Kal. Januarii.
