Johannes Episcopus Servus Servorum Dei. Dilecto filio n. Abbati Monasterii Scottorum in Wienna Pataviensis Diocesis Salutem et Apostolicam Benedictionem. Significarunt nobis dilecti filij n. Prepositus et Conventus Monasterii Neuwenburgensis per Prepositum soliti gubernari, ordinis sancti Augustini Pataviensis Diocesis, quod non nulli iniquitatis filij, quos prorsus ignorant, decimas, census, redditus, legata, terras, domos, possessiones, Ortos, pascua, prata, nemora, instrumenta publica et quedam alia bona ad Monasterium ipsum spectantia temere ac malitiose occultare, et occulte detinere presumunt, non curantes ea ipsis, Preposito et Conventui, exhibere in animarum suarum periculum, dictorum Prepositi et Conventus ac Monasterii non modicum detrimentum, super quo ijdem, Prepositus et Conventus Apostolice Sedis remedium imploraverunt. Quocirca discretioni tue per Apostolica scripta mandamus, quatinus omnes huiusmodi occultos detentores decimarum, censuum, reddituum et aliorum bonorum, prediorum, ex parte nostra publice in Ecclesijs coram populo per te vel alium moneas, vt infra competentem terminum, quem eis prefixeris, ea predictis Preposito et Conventui a se debita restituant et relevent, et si id non impleverint infra alium terminum competentem, quem eis ad hoc peremptorie duxeris prefigendum, ex tunc in eos generalem excommunicationis Sententiam proferas faciens eam, ubi et quando expedire videris, usque ad Satisfactionem condignam solemniter publicari.
