In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis conradus dei gratia pataviensis episcopus. ordo officij nostri nos hortatur et ammonet, religiosas personas propter deum diligere et honorare et jn omnibus justis peticionibus eorum paternum affectum ostentare. Inde est, quod preces uenerabilis fratris nostri Bernhardt abbatis de lambach, admisimus et sepulturam mjnjsterialibus ecclesie Wirzburgensis, quj in partibus illis habitant, jn lambacensi monasterio sine reclamatione alicujus concessimus Adicientes, ut liceat alijs christi fidelibus jn episcopio nostro, qui petjerint, in eodem loco sepulturam liberam habere. Quia ergo facile a memoria omnium mortalium gesta hominum laberentur, nisi testimonio literarum ad utilitatem futurorum commendarentur, jussimus kartam istam scribi et sigillo nostro sigillari Statuentes, ut nulli liceat hoc factum jmmutare, perturbare seu aliquibus molestijs super hac concessione abbatem prefatj locj fatigare. Volumus ergo, ut semper inconuulsum permaneat et pagina presentis scriptj locum firmjtatis in perpetuum teneat. Siquis autem hoc jnfirmare attemptauerit, iram et indignationem omnipotentis dei incurrat. Hec facta sunt patauje anno ab incarnatione dominj nostri ihesu christi Millesimo Centesimo I. v. Indictione iiii XV. Kalendas avgustj.
