Reuerendissimis in Christo Patribus ac Dominis Charissimis Capitulo Venerabili Patauiensi Otho diuina clementia Abbas et Conuentus humiles Lambacensis Ecclesice reuerentiam debitam et deuotam in causa Capellae in Pauraue, que inter nos ex vna parte et Conuentum S. Nicolai in Patauia ex altera vertitur, licet iam super principali negotio per misericordiam expeditum et super emergentibus et incidentibus quaestionibus nec non damnis et expensis, in quibus cum ipsis volumus iudicio experiri, Dilectum in Christo Fratrem nostrum Othonem Cellerarium Ecclesiae nostrae et Monachum coram Vestra Paternitate nostrum constituimus procuratorem ad impetrandum, petendum, proponendum et etiam litigandum, iurandi etiam in animas nostras, si necesse fuerit, et de caetero cauere promittentes nos ratum et firmum habere, quidquid idem procurator noster coram Vobis fecerit in praemissis. In huius rei testimonium praesentem paginam nostri Sigilli munimine duximus roborandam.
