    Abbas in Chremsmunster, Prepositus in domo sancti Floriani, R. canonicus Pataviensis, jvdices ab apostolica sede delegati Dilecto in Christo fratri venerabili abbati in Lambach cum obsequio fraternam in domino karitatem. Nouerit karitas uestra mandatum apostolicum nos in hunc modum recepisse: Gregorius episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis abbati de Chremsmvnster pataviensis dyoecesis et preposito sancti Floriani et Rudigero de Lonstorf canonico Patauiensi salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Otto miles nobis conquerendo monstravit, quod abbas et conventus de Lambach patauiensis dyoecesis quasdam possessiones et alias res ipsius contra iusticiam detinent et sibi reddere contradicunt. Ideoque discretioni vestre per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatinus partibus conuocatis audiatis causam et appellatione remota fine debito terminetis facientes, quod statueritis, per censuram ecclesiasticam firmiter obseruari. Testes autem, qui fuerunt etc. Datum Pervsii VI. kal. Aprilis. Pontificatus nostri anno nono. Nos itaque mandatum apostolicum exequi cupientes, citamus vos peremptorie, diem vobis IIII. idus julii, quod est in festo sancte Margarete et locum Wels in ecclesia sancti Johannis Baptiste prefigentes. prefato.
