    In nomine domini Amen. Cum res gesta mandatur litteris, uniuerse calumpnie preuenitur materia, ne litis occasio prestetur successorj. Ego itaque Selpkerus in articulo mortis constitutus inter cetera, que fecj pro salute anime mee, de substantia mihi a deo collata testamenta (sic) dispono ecclesie in Lambach domum meam in Cremis perpetuo possidendam. Et ne in posterum in hoc meo testamento lis aut calumpnia suboriatur, licet longo defluxo tempore domus eiusdem ecclesie memorate demonstrauerim proprietatem, presentem paginam sigillo uenerabilis in christo patris decani Cremensis facio roborari, nominibus testium, qui huic meo interfuerunt testamento, subaratis, quorum nomina sunt Ditmarus abbas in Raitenhasel, Nicolaus sacerdos et frater in Raitenhasil, Gotfridus, Haertvvicus, Hugo in Cremis sacerdotes, Chunradus domini decani notarius, Rudigerus frater eius, Heinricus diaconus de Horprvke. Laici Sifridus oleator, Albertus de sancto Georio, Haertvvicus Goldil, Hermannus Maniko (?), Heinricus Vetir, Wernhardus Planche, Heinricus de Gerratstorf et alij quam plures. Actum anno incarnationis domini M. CC. XXXVIIII.
