Inseriert in Urkunde No. 58 (29. April 1255, Lambach) (?). Der Inhalt ist der gleiche wie bei No. 52 (Neuburg, 1251), nur die Jahreszahl und Siegel ist verschieden.
In nomine sancte ac individue trinitatis. Otakarus dei gratia dux Austrie et Stirie et marchio Moravie omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis salutem in domino. Venerunt ad presentiam nostram, cum essemus apud Anasum constituti, abbas Wernhardus de Lambach et sui confratres contra Gundakarum de Storchenberch querimoniam proponentes pro eo, quod sibi advocatiam eiusdem ecclesie usurpabat, et exhibitis privilegiis utriusque partis invenimus, quod privilegium Gundakari posterius fuerat impetratum ac de primo abbatis predicti privilegio iuste dato pariter et obtento non faciebat aliquatenus mentionem, unde nos accepto consilio dictis partibus diem de suo negotio antedicto prefiximus ad Niwenburch ad placitum generale, quod nos sollempniter duximus celebrandum presentibus ministerialibus Austrie universis, ubi tam ipsam prelibatam advocatiam quam alias de una sententia nostre adtraximus potestati, presertim sicut eas illustris memorie dux Fridericus predecessor noster novissime possidebat. Testes autem sunt hii: venerabilis pataviensis episcopus Perhtoldus, Cunradus comes de Wazzerburch, Otto comes de Hardeke et frater suus Chunradus, Albero marschalcus de Chunringe, Hadmarus de Werde, Haeinricus de Schoumberch, Otto de Meissowe, Haeinricus dapifer de Greicenstein, Chunradus de Zaekinge, Chunradus de Hintperch, Wolkerus de Parawe, Otto de Perhtoldesdorf, Rudolfus de Potendorf, Botsco supanus de Znoym et alii quam plures.
