Vt ea, que recte peraguntur, a sui rectitudine non declinent, solent sepius scripture et hominum testimonio confirmari. Pro huiusmodi ergo cautela ego Gundakerus de Storchenberch notum esse cupio omnibus in futurum, quod ego curiam quandam in Scherigendorf sitam ivre proprietatis mihi attinentem delegavi ecclesie in Lambach bona uoluntate et pleno consensu vxoris mee et heredum meorum triplici ratione. Prima et principali causa cum Abbas et conuentus dictj loci me inpeterent super dampnis a me sev meis hominibus sibi illatis citra largam estimationem Sexcentarum librarum, mea id ipsum conscientia simul protestante, licet non pro debita tamen pro amicabili restauratione donaui dictam curiam ecclesie memorate. Item pro remedio anime mee ipsam donationem peregi. Tercia de causa eandem collationem perfeci videlicet acceptis ob hoc XX. libris Wiennensivm a predicte ecclesie cenobitis. Hanc igitur donationem tam toto ivris effectu quam sincero corde cupiens corroborare, talem conditionem rei geste innecto, ut, si aliquis heredum meorum, quod absit, ipsam donationem volendo cassare dictos in re dicta vexare ceperit cenobitas, eadem ivris ratione, qua meas hereditat possessiones, idem debitorum meorum pariter obnoxius existens ducentas libras Wiennensis monete sepedicte ecclesie persoluere teneatur dictis ipsam curiam denariis redimendo. Hec autem omnia ut inuiolabiliter obseruentur, causam ipsam sigillo meo confirmo et testibus subnotatis, qui intererant huic facto. Hii sunt testes: Haelmhardus de s. Georio, Heinricus de Stille, Fridericus de Schutzinge, Hermannus de Porssenprvnne, Vlricus de Tarnen, Wernhardus de Sinzingen, Otto de Tvomoltshaim, Heinricus de Erlaech, Chunradus de Chvrzenchirichen, Otto de Samatinge, Otto de Chustelwanch, Wernhardus de Praitenawe, Mainso de Hornorn, Ditmarus de Volspach, Chunradus Mvkan, Heinricus de Wange, Ditmarus filius eius, Ditmarus de Aichaim, Walchun de hvoba et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in Lambach Anno ab incarnatione domini M. CC.LV. Indictione XIII. III. kalendas Mai.
