Ad noticiam vniuersorum tam presencium quam futurorum: Ego wernhardus Lambacensis abbas tenore presentis scripti cupio peruenire (sic) quod ego cum vnanimi consilio confratrum meorum concessi iure hereditario quoddam beneficium situm in parschalichsdorff domine diemuth de volchinsdorff et filio eius Ottoni tali uidelicet condicione, ut ipsa uel ipse singulis annis in Natiuitate beate uirginis pro seruicio tres solidos wiennenses ecclesie Lambacensi persoluat. Quod si prefixo termino uel post infra septem dies predictum seruicium noti persoluerint, ipsi ambo iure suo in eodem beneficio totaliter carere debent tali laudamento, vt cum predicta domina cum filio eius uiam vniuerse carnis intrauerit, omni impeticione amicorum nec non et heredum penitus submota predictum beneficium in vsus ecclesie Lambacensis libere cedere debet. Vt igitur talis concessio robur obtineat firmitatis, cum tribus sigillis videlicet domini abbatis et domini Alberonis de polnhaim nec non et predicte domine cum subscriptis testibus roboratur: Testes Albero de pollenhaim, wichardus frater eius, Cunradus de Asperch, Hermanus de Porssenprunne, fridricus de Scuzzinge, fridricus de Lanzenperch, Otto et Siboto de Samating et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec Anno domini M°.cc°lvij°.
