Ego Wernhardus dei gratia Lambacensis ecclesie abbas Vniuersis hanc paginam inspecturis Salutem in eo, qui est omnium credentium vera salus. Tam presentibus quam futuris uolumus, vt presentibus innotescat, quod aliquis controuersia versabatur inier nos et dominum Heinricum de Alzinge et fratres suos Chunradum et Ortolfum pro eo uidelicet, quod ipsi terminos silue sue excesserant et adiacentes sibi silue nostre partes non modicas usurpauerant sine iure. Cumque diu hinc et inde esset litigatum, tandem ipse dominus Heinricus et fratres sui supranominati liti cesserunt ea uidelicet condicione, quod easdem partes silue nostre eis et heredibus eorum iure hereditario perpetuo contulimus possidendas, ut ipsi singulis annis in cena domini pro seruicio IIII. calceos persoluant, qui uulgariter dicuntur pv°ntshv°ch; Insuper nos et successores nostri eandem eis silvam defendere tenemur, si ab aliquibus, quod absit, inpetantur. Et vt hec incontacta perpetuo conseruentur, sigilli nostri appositione et subscriptis testibus roborantur. Testes Chunradus de Nitthardinge, Fridricus de Shvzing, Hermanus Porssenprunne, Heinricus Pvche, Ditmar posach, Maganus Gvstelnwanch, Heinricus Stevchnaig, Heinricus, Vlricus fratres de Chustelwanch, Ditricus Chemnaten, Chunradus Revt, Heinricus, Wernhardus fratres de Aigen, Ditmarus, Rudolfus et alli quam plures. Acta sunt hec Anno Incarnationis domini M°cc°l°viij°.
