Cvm humane fragilitatis memoria labilis sit et caduca, ne obliuioue pereant facta perpetuo duratura aut vicio instabilitatis hominum valeant retractari, perpetuis necessario debent confirmacionibus comvniri. Hinc est, quod nos heinricus dei gracia Lambacensis ecclesie abbas tam presentium quam futurorum duximus memorie comendandum, quod antecessor noster pie memorie wernhardus abbas ob remedium anime sue pretaxando defectvm prebendarum fratrvm in fine vite sue petiit a nobis humiliter et devote, vt pro xl. talentis denariorum, que collegerat pro diuersis ecclesie necessitatibus declinandis redditus aliquos comparemus, ex quibus fieret fratribus extra prebendam statutam consolacio specialis perpetuo duratura videlicet, vt ebbedomedariis (hebdomedariis) publice misse mensura vini cottidie deberet pro laboris relevamine propinari, Cui peticioni satisfacere decernentes ipsos denarios secundvm consilivm confratrum nostrorum et vnanimem voluntatem in nostrarum culturis expendimus vinearum. Statuentes et presenti scripto sigilli nostri et conventus appensione signato perpetualiter confirmantes, ne predicta consolacio vmquam deficere debeat fratribvs in futurum.
