Ne res gesta successione etatum obliuioni tradatur, scripto conmendatur, per quod posteris legentibus innouatur. Nouerit igitur in christo pia fidelium deuotio, quod nos Chunradus dei gratia abbas Lambacensis de unanimi consensu conuentus ibidem Ditrico dicto cognomento Pirss et uxori sue Margarete ac toti posteritati eorum curiam in Nevhaim camere Lambacensis ecclesie attinentem hereditatis titulo concessimus tali forma, vt de eadem curia singulis annis pro seruicio ad cameram quatuor scaffia melioris frumenti in festo Michahelis et in festo Geori xv. denarii pro iure aduocatie omni contradictione remota persolui (sic) hoc incluso, vt, cum dictus Ditricus uel quicumque sue posteritatis possessor dicte curie seruicium statutum ex aliquo paupertatis onere soluere non potuerit, sepe dicta curia nobisvacet. ne vero labentibus annis hec institutio a successorum labatur animis, hanc litteram nostris sigillis roborandam duximus cum testibus subnotatis. Actum anno domini M°.CC°.LXXXVIIJ°.
