Frater Bonifacius dei gracia Tynensis Episcopus Vniuersis Christi fidelibus salutem in domino Jesu Christo. Cupientes quoslibet Christiane fidei professores piis indulgenciarum muneribus ad deuocionis opera et pietatis studia vehementer incitare, quo magis diuine gracie capaces efficiantur. Omnibus vere penitentibus et confessis, qui diuine propiciacionis graciam pecierint, Ecclesiam gloriosi martyris kyliani in Lambaco in festis dedicacionis et patroni nec non in quatuor festiuitatibus gloriose virginis quique sermonem dilecti in Christo fratris Abbatis loci eiusdem, quocienscumque eundem ad populum decreuerit faciendum, uisitare curauerint reuerenter manumque adiutricem porrexerint pro dicte Ecelesie necessitatibus consulendis, De omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum apostolorum eius Petri et Pauli suffragiis confidentes, auctoritate Reuerendi in christo patris et domini nostri Wernhardi venerabilis Patauiensis Ecclesie Episcopi, qua fungimur, vtpote per eum ad certos terminos sue dyocesis cum certo mandato destinati, Quadraginta dies de iniuncta penitencia misericorditer in domino relaxamus.
