Tam presentibus quam futuris hac littera damus scire, quod nos dei gracia Chun Radus Lambacensis ecclesie Abbas vnanimi consensv confratrum nostrorum contulimus duobus fratribus in silva, qui ambo dicvntur Chvnradus, omnique posteritati ipsorum feodum inibi situm nobis attinens tali conditione, vt ipsi singulis annis in Natiuitate beate virginis lx. denarios pro servitio, decem denarios pro steura advocatie, qvinque vero denarios pro dvctura vini et tres pullos persoluere suo tempore non obmittant. Quod feodum prius a nobis quidara civis in wels cognomine dencher ivre hereditario possidebat, Sed ipse ivs servitii ipsis vendens coram nobis tali innexo pacto totaliter resignavit, Quod pactum est, quod, si quis in postervm pro prefato feodo inpetierit dictos fratres, in decem talentis existat debitor eorvndem. Ia huius Rei testimonium presentem litteram sigillo nostro et sigillo conventus nostri et subscriptis testibus duximus Roborandam. Testes: Heinricus vichter, Heinricus filius svus, Hvgo et Rvdolfus et Heinricus cavpo in foro, Leo de chapelle, wernher officialis noster in wels, Dietmarus et Helmhardus officiales nostri in wange Et alii quam plures. Datum in lambach Anno domini M°.CC°. Nonagesimo.
