    Chunradus dei bonitate Abbas totumque Capitulum lambacensis ecclesie presentibus profitemur, quod de conmuni nostri conuentus consilio Hainrico dicto de Hovarn huebam sitam in pohmanne ad dies suos tantum iure contulimus precario, quod uulgo Leibgeding dicitur, tali conditione interposita, vt annis singulis dimidium talentum monete wienensis nobis et ecclesie nostre de iam dicta in natiuitate gloriose virginis sine omni tergiuersatione persoluat hueba debite atque rite. Verum post sui terminum huius uite predicta libere hueba exclusis omnibus suis heredibus ad nostram nostreque ecclesie possessionem reuertatur, in cuius rei testimouium presens scriptum nostri et conuentus sigillorum munimine duximus roborandum. Actum et datum in Lambaco Anno domini Millesimo CC°.LXXXX°.J°.VI. kalendas marcii testibus Annotatis: dominus Dietmarus de Aistershaim, dominus Dietmarus de Loh, Chunradus aduocatus de welsa, Hartmannus de widich, Hainricus senior viehter, Hainricus iunior viehter, Wernhardus de witnspach et alii quam plures.
