    Quoniam frequenter accidere consueuit, vt homines facilius dissenciant quam concordent, nam quod nobis fieri nolumus, non volumus alicui irrogare. Pateat igitur vniuersitati legentium siue audientium christi fidelibus vniuersis, quod Nos Christanus dei gratia abbas Totusque conuentus Lambacensis ecclesie conmuni consensu et assensu Helmhardo dicto de wange et jevte vxori sue suisque heredibus feodum in wang contulimus iure hereditario possidendum ita, quod singulis annis in festo beate Marie Natiuitatis pro seruitio tres solidos et ad hospitale x denarios ac pro iure aduocatie decem denarios Georij soluere non permittant. (sic) Et ne contractum nostrum per nos fauorabiliter concessum aliquis audeat obfuscare, presentes sibi nostro sigillo ac conuentus iussimus insigniri, Testibus subnotatis: Ambo heinRici vihtarij, HeinRicus caupo, dominus Gotfridus de Pernaw milites, ChvnRadus tevrwanger, Otakerus filius suus, Christanus filius eiusdem, Chvnradus holzman, Hagno Grvnnaher, hainRicus Travner, alramus Travner, Arnoldus frater suus, vlricus de Chvstelbanch, Otakerus Liber.
