    Chunradus dei gratia abbas totumque capitulum lambacensis ecclesie Notum fieri uolumus omnibus, ad quos presens scriptum fuerit deuolutum, quod de conmuni nostri conuentus consilio et arbitrio heinrico de hinne ac uxori sue leuthardi suisque successoribus molendinum in offinhoesin sub monte situm in perpetuum titulo contulimus hereditatis, quod uulgo erbreht vocare consweuimus; ipsum ius prehabitum hainricus iam dictus apud Ottonem de hinterleiten, qui a nobis et ecclesie (sic) nostra molendinum ydemptidem sub forma tenuit iuris prenotata (sic) de nostra licencia comparauit, nichilominus possessores eiusdem molendini in natiuitate beate uirginis nobis LXXa. denarios et tres pullos nec non in festo beati georii X. denarios in ius aduocacie pro seruicio recognoscant. in cuius rei testimonium presentem paginam cum appendiculo sigillorum; nostri uidelicet et conuentus iussimus roborari testibus annotatis. Testes sunt hii: dominus prior, dominus symon, dominus H. celensis, dominus christanus, H. vieter senior, H. vieter iunior, hugo, heinricus caupo et hiis (sic) quam plures fide digni. Datum apud lambach anno domini Millesimo CC. et LXXXXJ. VII. kalendas July.
