Nos Christanus dei gratia abbas totusque Conuentus Lambacensis Ecclesie notum Omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris (sic), Quod conmuni consilio et assensu contulimus allodium dictum in Hueb Eberhardo fornaci, qui est filius sororis fornacis militis, et domine dimudi vxori sue et filio suo dietmaro pro diebus uite tantummodo eorundem Ita, quod quicumque predictarum trium personarum ipsum possideat, teneatur Ecclesie nostre dare x. denarios pro seruicio in Natiuitate beate virginis omni anno, quos si non soluerint tempore prenotato, ipso decurso predictum seruicium debet soluere in penam huius negligentie duplicatum. Vt autem presens donacio nulla obliuione vel ullius facto uel uerbo valeat infirmari, presentes sibi dedimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratas.
