Albertus dei gracia Patauiensis episcopus dilecto nobis in Christo magistro Gund(akero) rectori parochialis eccelesie apud sanctum Paulum Patauie salutem in Domino. Accedens nostram presenciam venerabilis in Christo fr. abbas monasterij Lambacensis nobis acta cause, que inter ipsum et Hugonem presbiterum rectorem ecclesie in Gruennach super quadam curia vertitur sub sigillis honorabilium virorum Wichardi de Storchenberh nunc et Wolfgangi de Aistersheim tunc canonicorum Pataviensium, quibus eandem causam comiseramus prius, demonstravit, in quibus vidimus quod eadem causa fine debito est decisa. Quapropter eandem causam, quam tibi denuo comisisse meminimus, a te presentibus revocamus inhibentes tibi, quod in ipsa causa ulterius non procedas. Datum in Welsa VIJ Idus Junij.
