Abstract
10. März 1122, Lateran
Papst Calixt [II.] urkundet auf Bitten des Abtes Erchenfrid (Erchinfride abbas) und des Bischofs Reginmar von Passau (Reginmari Pataviensis ecclesiae episcopi) nach dem Vorbild seines Vorgängers Paschal [II.] für das von Markgraf Leopold und dessen Vorfahren gegründete Kloster Melk. Er bestätigt alle Besitzungen und Rechte und stellt es unter päpstlichen Schutz, wobei der Exemtionsdienst einen aureus beträgt. Per manum Chrisogoni sanctae Romanae ecclesiae diaconum cardinalem ac bibliotecarium. $$Datum: Incarnationis dominicae anno MCXXII.
