Abt Seifrid von Melk belehnt Jacob den Wolfstaler und seine Frau Kathrein mit dem Weinzehent zu Perichstoltzdorff in der Sumerhagenawe auf 51 raechlein beginnend auf der Chaetzleinsgrueb neben dem Zehent des von Zelking und endend beim Zehent des von Pottendorf; Andre der Kerner von Brunn hat ihn von Niclas dem Straiher gekauft.
