Abt Kristan beurkundet, daß Barbara Tochter Gerwarts von Grimssing und Witwe Erasems Eywenstainers den halben Hof zu Grimssing mit 72 Pfennig Martini Burgrechtdienst an das Kloster an Chunrat Mosmann Richter und Mautner in Ybbs und St. Frau Margarethe verkauft hat.
