Hans Spitzeder zu Spitzed in Thrumer und Mazeer Gericht und Margreth seine eheliche Hausfrauw verkhaufen ihr Guet Spitznedt an den Schwager Wolfgangen Schenperger auf dem Sandthof zu Anthering und an dessen Hausfrau Barbara. Das Guet ist ein Lehen von Hans Georgen von Nußdorf, der auch gesiegelt hat. Schönes Nußdorfer Siegel.
