Anno domini millesimo CCCXXXIIII in octava epiphanie domini facta racione coram domno Hertnido de Lampoting preposito et capitulo Maticensi per domnum Hainricum canonicum et cellerarium eiusdem ecclesie in Saltzburga documentis et racionibus idem cellerarius per dictum capitulum est instructus, ut deinceps servicium bonorum tocius ecclesie eo cicius post finem. messis annis singulis poscatur et colligatur, ut eo maturius vindemium et vectura vini nostri possit cum utilitate et magna profectione nostre ecclesie procurari. Quo facto de futuro de steura (hs. de futura steura) incumbente in Trewbach cultura vinearum expediatur et pro posse compleatur, de steura vero que potest de superiori officio provenire, communis nostre ecclesie utilitas disponatur, ita ut vinum vel vinea, prout possibile de residuo fuerit, comparetur. De prebenda vero cellerario deputata reliqua negocia cum consueta hospitalitate de anno ad annum debita recompensacione taxentur et expediantur, sic videlicet ut gravi debitorum honere Maticensis ecclesia non ledatur. Nach einer längeren, 13 Zeilen umfassenden Rasur folgt der Schluss mit ähnlicher sanctio wie Reg. 42 und mit Ankündigung der Siegel von Propst, Capitel und Dechant, dann ,actum ut supra anno et die premissis‘.Language:
