In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis ego adalbertvs dei gratia Salzburgensis ecclesie archiepiscopvs dilectis filiis Richerspergensis congregationis uidelicet philippo preposito eiusque successoribus et omnibus ibidem deo famulantibus in perpetuum. Ad nostrum officium pertinere dinoscitur, quod deo seruientibus tam in temporalibus quam in spiritualibus clementer curam inpendere debeamus. Inde est, quod dilecto filio philippo richerspergensis cenobii preposito eiusque successoribus et omnibus ibidem deo seruientibus tradidimus in perpetuam proprietatem unum talentum singulis annis persoluendum de dominicalibus nostris in tercia feria pasce scilicet de fonte in halla. Presentes fuerunt et fauorem prestiterunt dominus Gundacher prepositus maioris ecclesie salzburgensis, Fridericus decanus cum ceteris canonicis eiusdem metropolis. Testes autem huius actionis fuerunt Walkvonus de steina, Pabo de eringen, Meingotus castellanus et frater eius Siboto de surberch, Ruodegerus uicedominus, Uolckmarus de mulberch, Heinricus de iuolbach, Heinricus de Winhaeringen, Vlricus et frater eius Siboto de atenat, Chuono de Weruen, Chunradus de chalheim, Ekehardus de tanne, Chuonradus de uagera, Fridericus de pettowe, Chuonradus de straza et alii quam plures. Data Salzbvrge (sic) anno incarnationis domini M.C.LXXX.IIII.
