H. dei gratia Richerspergensis ecclesie prepositus cunctis has literas perspecturis salutem in perpetuum. Notum sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod hermannus cognomento Rughalm nos Richerspergenses inpetebat, se a nobis dampnum sustinere, quod aque meatus molendini nostri in woruanch in chadeligne occuparet partem predii sui ibidem positi. Que lis in arbitros commissa tali modo est decisa, ut nos richerspergenses de curia nostra in chadelign iam dicto hermanno daremus agri culti XII. cubitos, quod uulgo holzellen uocatur, que mensura a uiris prudentibus trutinata conputata est ad sex agros et quatuor partes, quod uulgariter dicitur drumer, et ita diffinitum est, ut ipse hermannus pro dampno suo talem reconpensationem haberet, ut in uno tantummodo campo sibi demonstrato ....*) Nobis vero Richerspergensibus aque meatus, pro quo lis agebatur, cum omni iure molendini in quieta et uera possessione permaneret. Si autem inundatione aquarum, ut sepe fieri solet, idem meatus irrumpatur, molendinarius de consilio uicinorum tali cautione reparare studeat, ne aliqua inde auersio oriatur. ut hec compositio in futurum stabilis permaneat, sigillum nostrum appendimus atque testes, qui interfuerunt, subscribimus: Heinricus miles de castro scoumberch, Hertwicus de hetcingn, Otto de sconnpuhl, Wernhardus iudex prioris anni illius facti, Irnuridus tunc temporis iudex, Bernhardus lurzarius, Gerungnus ouez, Sifridus familiares ecclesie de asca, Marquardus tunc uillicus in chadelign, Heinricus molendinarius, Meinhardus de uihpach, Manigoldus censualis noster et filius suus, Chuonradus hospes, Heinricus seruus cellerarii et alii quam plures.
