    Ego Eberhardus dei gratia salzpurgensis ecclesie archiepiscopus apostolice sedis legatus vniuersis christi fidelibus salutem in domino. Ne figmentis hominum aut inimici suggestione, quod in rerum natura non est, falsis attemptetur probationibus, omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris innotescat, quod domino Wernhardo de hagenoue uel heredibus suis quibuscunque nichil unquam de bonis monasterii richerspergensis siue iure proprietario siue in feudum concessimus et ius aduocatie super res et personas eiusdem monasterii, quod specialiter ad nos spectat, nec ipse predictus dominus Wernhardus nec aliquis heredum suorum de manu nostra umquam accepit. Idem etiam per omnia protestamur de domino Hadmaro de Wesen scilicet, quod aduocatiam uel feudum super bonis uel personis eiusdem monasterii de manu nostra nunquam recepit, ob cautelam futurorum protestationem nostram presenti sigillo firmantes. Acta sunt hec anno incarnationis domini M. CC. XX. jndictione VII exeunte aprili III. kalendas Maii.
