Pateat vniuersis hanc paginam inspecturis, quod Ego Hartnidus dictus pincerna de Ramenstain liti, que inter capitulum Ecclesie Reicherspergensis et me versabatur pro Capella Zober, quam ab antecessoribus meis dicta lite mediante contra meam conscientiam proch dolor uiolenter et injuste vsque nunc detinui, iuris rationem, quam memorate Ecclesie Capitulum in supra dicta. Capella manifeste dinoscitur habere, recognoscens instinctu diuino pro remissione meorum peccatorum, que per hanc violenciam grauiter contraxi, voluntarie cessi ita sane, ut prelibatam capellam cum omnibus sibi attinentibus suis aplicent usibus de mea voluntate et consensu et ad prepositum dicti loci deinceps respectum habeat, et ad maiorem euidenciam meo sigillo feci hanc paginam roborare. Huius rei testes sunt Dominus Gebwinus venerabilis prepositus de vorav, Dominus Duringus eiusdem Ecclesie canonicus, Dominus Vlricus plebanus in Pranperch, Dominus Gundacrus plebanus in Edlez, Dominus heinricus plebanus in Aschpang, Dominus Otto plebanus in Chrumpach, Rvdegervs notarius in Chirslage. Milites Dominus Ortolfus de Torsvol, Dominus wlfingus de Geroldestorf, Dominus Vlricus Ziger, Dominus Sifridus Ziger, Dominus Wluingus de Frideberch, Gozingus, ciues de Aschpang Schezel senior et iunior, Wolfprechtus, Ditricus iuuenis iudex, Chunzo in lapideo cellario et alii quam plures. Datum in Aspang Anno domini M.CC.LV.
