Nos Otto dei gratia palatinus Comes Reni, dux Babarie presentibus profitemur, Quod, cum Ecclesia S. Michahelis in Reichersperg tam per nos quam per Karissimum quondam patrem nostrum Heinricum diue memorie ac per alios fideles nostros et seruitores Capitaneos in Scherdinge esset multipliciter pregrauata, sustinendo frequenter in suis bonis et hominibus graues iniurias atque dampna, Nos in releuamen huiusmodi dampnorum ac etiam pressurarum, ad perhenne remedium progenitorum nostrorum et nihilominus pro nostre proprie et karissimorum fratrum nostrorum Ludwici et Stephani salutis augmento Venerabili preposito Chunrado dicte nostre Ecclesie in Reichersperg et successoribus suis quibuscumque, sicut hucvsque indulsimus per fauorem gracie specialis, Vt absque omni exactione uectigalium et pedagiorum in castris nostris Scherdingen et Purchusen uictualia sua libere faciant deportari ita, quod occasione illorum aut pretextu a mutariis et Theloneariis nostris, quociens ipsis ibidem transire contingerit (sic), nichil penitus exigatur. Insuper ratificamus et confirmamus antiquam et primitiuam ipsius loci libertatem ab ipso fundatore collatam et priuilegiis uenerabilium Archyepiscoporum Chunradi et Eberhardi Saltzburgensis Ecclesie confirmatam, prout in autenticis ipsorum clarissime reperitur, et post hec edictis imperialibus fortissimis roboratam. Et ipsi Prepositi, qui pro tempore fuerint, unacum Conuentu suo in reconpensam huiusmodi gratie sibi facte nostrum Anniuersarium singulis annis semel et sollempniter celebrabunt. Ad quod prefatus Prepositus cum suo conuentu se nobis fide prestita obligarunt. In cuius rei testimonium presens Instrumentum eis dedimus sigilli nostri robore conmunitum. Datum et actum in obsidione Castri Neunburgensis Anno domini M. CC. Septuagesimo Tercio in die beatorum Fabiani et Sebastiani martirum coram curia nostra: Perngero de Lewnberch, Alberto de Hals, Vlrico de Schaelchlinge Comitibus, Magistro Gundakchero Prothonotario Bawarie canonico Ratisponensi, Ortlibo de Walde, Walthero de Taufchirichen, Harperto de Ahaim, Magens de Liechtenberg, Syfrido Frumesel, Ottone, Ottone, Ortolfo, Vlrico Morspacensibus, Friderico de Sigenhaim Ministerialibus, Magistro Vlrico dicto Chaergl, Syfrido Notariis et aliis quam pluribus, qui interfuerunt et huius rei Testes sunt.
