1289 Mai 23. Graz
Konrad von Thal und Konrad mit dem Beinamen Venter, beide Stadtrichter von Graz, beurkunden, dass Mathias, Sohn des einstigen Hartwig genannt Premanz, Bürger zu Graz, dem Kloster Rein einen Weingarten am Rainerberg verkauft hatte um 24 Mark Silber.
