Jakob Saltzer, Bürger zu Neustadt, vergleicht sich mit dem Stift Rein um ihr Haus in Neustadt beim Fleischhacker Tor, welches er gekauft hatte, in der Weise, dass er und seine Erben dem Stift Rein jährlich zu St. Michaeli 12 Schilling Pfennig „der Swartzen münz“ zu zinsen haben.
