C. In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis Liupoldus dei gratia dux austrie et stirie omnibus christi fidelibus in perpetuum. Grande nobis apud deum meritum accumulare nos credimus, si ecclesiarum dei inopiam de nostra facultate supplere curabimus. Inde est, quod pro remedio anime nostre et parentum nostrorum et prosperitate nostra et heredum nostrorum ecclesiam sancti floriani in gratiam nostram specialem recepimus et fratribus ibidem deo militantibus preter alias donationes, quas ipsis indulsimus, hanc quoque gratiam fecimus, ut si qui ministerialium nostrorum de Austria uel de stiria uel aliorum nostrorum fidelium predia sua ipsis contulerint, donationem huiusmodi uolumus esse ratam. Ut autem successores nostri hanc indulgentiam nostram benigne recognoscant et ratam habeant, hanc inde paginam conscribi et sigilli nostri inpressione iussimus confirmari. Huius rei testes sunt: Dietricus comes de Viehtinsteine, Vlricus comes de Chlamme, Oudalricus de Perneke, Wernhardus de Schoumberch, cholo de Griezpach, Wichart dapifer, Vlricus de Marbach, Hadimar de Chunringen, Heinricus de Vtirstetin, Heinricus de hage. Data in Aneso Anno ab incarnatione domini MCCII. indictione V. X. Kalendas Nouembris.
