In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis omnibus in perpetuum amen. Notum sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ego Walthervs Niumburgensis prepositus cum consensu Heinrici decani et tocius Capituli domino Pernhardo preposito domus sancti Floriani et suo conuentui contuli agrum in Widnich continentem in quantitate mensuram unius ivgeris et medii, ut exstirpatis fruticibus ipsum excolat et insertis uitibus uineam enutriat subhac pensione, ut singulis annis pro iure montis in festo beati Michahelis VI persoluat solidos et semel in anno intersit placito, quod pro iure montis habetur, et inmunis non erit in decima debite persoluenda. Id igitur factum nostrum, ut indissolubile permaneat sigilli nostri caractere roboramus. Huius nostri decreti sunt testes sacerdotes Wisento, Livtwinus, Waltherus, Heinricus, Heinricus, Engelbertus, Prunricus, Eberhardus, Albero, Cvonradus goltstaein, Cvonradus, Heinricus de Radvn, Herbordus, Marquardus, Heimo, Cvonradus, Heinricus, Albertus. Diacones V/olricus, Hubertus, Heinricus, Diepoldus, Cvonradus, Arnoldus, Otto, Livpoldus, V/olricus, Wernherus et alii plures. Acta svnt hec Anno incarnacionis domini M.CC.XXIIII. Indictione XII.
