    R. dei gratia pataviensis episcopus omnibus hanc paginam inspecturis salutem in eo, qui est uera salus. Notum facimus presentibus et futuris, quod prepositus in domo S. Floriani et conuentus, licet per instrumenta ecclesie sue ab antecessoribus nostris indulta coram nobis et capitulo rationabiliter comprobarent, inuestituram domus hospitalis sancti Egidii in Weklaprvk pariter cum ecclesia parrochiali ad se tam pleno iure pertinere, ut ipsam dare debeant, cui velint, episcopo et capitulo non consultis, dictam tamen domum hospitalem et ecclesiam parrochialem ad petitionem nostram dederunt Hertnido tunc nostre curie capellano vtramque ipsi inuestituram pro uostra reuerentia conferendo. Ne autem super hac donatione, quam ad peticionem nostram pro tempore fieri uoluerunt, ipsis aliqua debeat a successoribus nostris postmodum questio suboriri, sed iura sua, que habent in sepedicta domo sancti Egidii, preposito S. Floriani et fratribus suis salua maneant et illesa, presentern paginam sigilli nostri munimine volumus roborari. Datum in domo S. Floriani anno ab incarnatione domini MCCXXXVIII.
