O. dei gratia Ecclesie Patauiensis Episcopus Dilecto in Christo fratri Ar. venerabili preposito domus sancti Floriani salutem etc. Cum, sicut cognouimus, procurationem domini Petri Caputii Cardinalis viginti marchas argenti uidelicet, ad quam predecessores uestri se et Ecclesiam uestram obligarunt, de rebus Ecclesie uestre habere non possitis ad presens nec tamen propter hoc solutio diferri valeat, quoquomodo Karitati uestre a sententiis domini pape et eiusdem domini Cardinalis, quas in nos pro detentione dicte procurationis proferrent absque dubio, cauere volentes, Karitati uestre indulgemus auctoritate presentium litterarum, ut prouentus siue prebendam Ecclesie sancti Michahelis in Wachawe, quam dominus Gotfridus plebanus ibidem bone memorie habuit, vobis vendere pro dictis XX marchis argenti liceat per Quinquenium ydoneo sacerdoti iure uestro et Ecclesie damus (domus) sancti Floriani nec non vniuersis conditionibus, quas in dicta venditione statuendas duxeritis, tamen saluis.
