Albertus dei gratia dux austrie et Stirie, dominus Carniole, Marchie ac Portus naonis Vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris in perpetuum. Honorabiles ac deuoti nostri dilecti Vlricus prepositus et Conuentus Domus sancti Floriani quoddam priuilegium saluum et integrum non cancellatum nec in aliqua parte sui uicatum sibi per quondam illustrem Fridericum Ducem austrie et styrie, predecessorem nostrum traditum et indultum nobis exhibuere petentes humiliter et deuote, quatenus idem priuilegium ipsis confirmare, approbare et inouare de nostra speciali gratia dignaremur. Cuius quidem priuilegii tenor, de uerbo ad uerbum per omnia talis est. (Wie die Urkunde: Dat. in chremsa, am 8. Dezember 1243.) Nos itaque cupientes, ut loca religiosa studio nostro proficiant et perdicionis periculum non incurrant, prefatis preposito et conuentui, quibus pro sue deuocionis experientia uotiua digne nostri fauoris fructuosa prerogatiua debetur, cum ecelesia, personis et rebus suis, in presidium et amplexus nostre gratie specialis et proteetionis assumptis ex nunc in antea, prenotatum priuilegium, per omnes et singulos in ipso contentos articulos sicut superius sunt expressi, liberaliter approbamus, innouamus, confirmamus eisdem et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc nostre renouacionis, confirmationis et defensionis infringere paginam uel eidem temere contraire. Quod quis secus attemptare presumpserit, indignationem nostram grauissimam se nouerit incurrisse. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras scribi et sigillo nostro iussimus communiri. Testes sunt Venerabilis pater Dominus Wernhardus Patauiensis episcopus. Viri nobiles Vlricus de Toˇfers et Heinricus de Schoenberch, Strennui (sic) Chunradus de pilhetorf, Hermannus de Landenberch, Otto de Haslow, Magister Gotfridus prothonotarius noster dilectus, Eberhardus de Wallse et alii qvam plures.
