Vt acta hominum robur obtineant firmitatis, placuit sapientibus ab antiquo ea scripture testimonio stabiliri. Nos proinde Otto de zelkingen Capitaneus libere Ciuitatis et vniuersitas Ciuium ibidem tenore presencium protestamur, quod lis, que inter dominum Vlricum venerabilem prepositum et Conuentum domus sancti Floriani ex vna parte et inter Hainricum de Pernaw ex parte altera vertebatur pro vnius talenti redditibus, quos pater eiusdem Hainrici in extremis suis legauit Ecclesie pretaxate, proborum virorum consilio et industria mediante cum sua bona voluntate taliter est decisa, quod dominus Otto de zelkingen (sic) vnum talentum denariorum in presenti anno tantum de Curia predicti Hainrici, que Prantsteten wlgariter nuncupatur, in festo Natiuitatis beate virginis dabit Ecclesie memorate cum integritate debita et. condigna. Hainricus vero de Pernaw ante festum natiuitatis domini vnius talenti redditus predicto preposito et Conuentui assignabit. Quod si facere neglexerit, prout per arbitros est vallatum, federe et conpacto predicta Curia in Prantsteten ab eodem termino cum prouentibus vniuersis ac omni vtilitate tam diu Ecclesie sancti Floriani deseruient, quoadusque vnius talenti redditus sepedictus Hainricus eidem Ecclesie conferat et persoluat. In cuius rei testimonium presentem litteram scribi facimus nostrorum sigillorum munimine roboratam cum testibus subnotatis, qui sunt hii: dominus Poppo de Reichenstain, dominus Hainricus de Ode, dominus Waltchunus de Sweinpach, dominus Otto de Stetten, Ortlieb de Waltpuerch. Weichardus de Pernaw, Fridericus de Pernaw et alii quam plures, qui huic negocio interfuerunt pariter audiuerunt et viderunt. Actum et Datum in libera Ciuitate Anno domini M°.CC°.LXXXIX. VII°. Jdus Junii.
