Nos Vlricus diuina miseracione prepositus, Einwicus decanus Totusque Conuentus domus sancti Floriani tenore presencium ad noticiam omnium uolumus peruenire, quod dominus Chunradus sacerdos, quondam plebanus in Ried considerans presentis uite statum transitorium volensque anime sue memoriale procurare perpetuum, quoddam predium dictum super Cv°d in Riedmarchia comparauit, tradens id ipsum ecclesie nostre proprietatis titulo perpetuo possidendum, condicione tamen huiusmodi adiecta, ut infirmarie nostre procurator eodem predio in suam prouisionem recepto, omnes prouentus eiusdem sibi pro uite sue tempore debeat exhibere solo natiuitatis domini excepto seruicio, quod antedicto infirmario pro laboribus suis cedet. Ipso uero domino Chunrado viam uniuerse carnis ingresso prouisor infirmorum prouentus dicti predii annis singulis distribuere tenebitur equaliter inter fratres. Qua consolacione percepta celebrare tenemur anniuersarium suum perpetuo, quemadmodum unius de consorcio sacerdotis. Et ut promissum huiusmodi sibi inuiolabiliter obseruetur, presentem litteram sibi dedimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratam. Acta sunt hec anno domini Millesimo Ducentesimo Nonagesimo quarto In die sanctorum Martirum Geruasii et Prothasii.
