Cum dubia et fragilis uita mortalibus sit tributa, necesse est, ut quilibet in presenti statu anime sue prouideat taliter in futurum, ut pro uita transitoria uitam interminabilem emercatur. Proinde nos Vlricus diuina miseracione prepositus, Einwicus Decanus totusque Conuentus domus sancti Floriani scire uolumus uniuersos presentis pagine inspecturos, quod, cum Ditmarus dictus Posacus ob anime sue salutem Ecclesie nostre medietatem molendini sui, quod ciuitati Anesi cantiguum adiacet, proprietatis titulo tradidisset de consilio amicorum suorum suique filii Salczburgensis canonici, statuit ordinando, ut post obitum suum de eodem molendino vnum talentum denariorum distribuatur perpetuo inter fratres, Nosque versa uice eidem duximus promittendum, ut eo suisque vxoribus domine Margarete et domine Gertrude (sic) in uno die simul conscriptis anniuersarium ipsorum ea deuocione annis singulis celebremus, quem ad modum in anniuersariis nostrorum facere consueuimus sacerdotum. In cuius facti memoriam presentem litteram sibi dedimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratam. Datum anno domini Millesimo Ducentesimo Nonagesimo Quarto Tercio Kalendas Junii.
