Cum ad habendam rerum tractatuum et factorum in posterum cognitionem et memoriam testimoniales scribi literas vtile sit et bonum, Nos Ainwicus miseratione diuina prepositus, Heinricus decanus totusque domus sancti floriani Conuentus notum facimus vniversis, ad quos peruenerit presens scriptum, quod Eberhardus de sancto Johanne ville nostre Ciuis decimam suam super hveba nostra dicta an dem Aigen, qua a nobis inpheodatus est, donauit Eeclesie nostre et disposuit jnfirmario nostro ad oblaiam post decessum suum tantumodo deseruire, daturus interim in festo sancti floriani predicti quinque denarios annis singulis de eadem. De qua quidem decima jnfirmarius noster in inuentione sancte crucis vnam libram denariorum inter nos dividet annuatim, vt festum hoc celebrius quam prius summa videlicet sollempnitate et cum cantu proprie hystorie per nos ob dicti Eberhardi remedium amodo peragatur. Nos igitur, licet in predicta decima ius inpheodationis nobis conpeteret, attendentes tamen, quod sepedictus Eberhardus bono zelo et affectu ipsum moventibus heredem sibi Christum in nobis constituit, donationi sue fauimus assensu concordi et vnanimi voluntate confirmantes ipsam presentibus Sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratis. Datum in sancto floriano Anno domini M°.CCC°.XIII°, Margarete virginis et Martiris christi.
