Ego Wernhardus sacerdos Hainrici ciuis de sancto ypolito filius cognomine Essmaister et Ecclesie sancte Margarete in Roevna perpetuus vicarius publice profiteor vniversis presentem paginam inspecturis, quod diuina inspiracione permonitus matura deliberacione et amicorum meorum habito consilio et fauore videlicet Johannis de Mautarn, Erhardi de Rossazze, Hainrici Tuechlini delegaui in remedium anime mee nec non parentum meorum Ecclesie prescripte in Roevna filiali ad matricem Ecclesiam sancti Michahelis in wachaw spectanti duas vineas vnam, que est sita auf der weg schaid ad V. denarios purchreht, secundam, que sita est in monte sancti Michahelis ad vnum denarium purchreht, nichilominus tamen easdem pro tempore vite mee libere possidendo et fructus quoscunque annis singulis percipiendo et post obitum vero meum successoribus meis in Ecclesia predicta perpetuo relinquendas. In cuius rei testimonium presentes literas dedi sigillo nostri aduocati roboratas Testibus subnotatis, qui sunt Fridericus an dem sand, Wolfhardus stummler, Martinus chelrshals, Stephanus frater suus, Hainricus hereticus, Nycolaus Judeus, Levpoldus helffer, Fridericus gmainer, wichardus scriptor de santo Michahele et alii plures fide digni. Datum anno domini M°. CC°C. XX°. I. in festo sanctorum Johannis et Pauli Martirum.
