Notum sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ego M. Winnensium peregrinorum dictus Abbas et Otto miles de Enzinstorf controuersiam per aliquod temporis interuallum habuimus super predio, quod ipse ab ecclesia Christiani, qui bona in eadem uilla ecclesie contulit, dispositione possidet; tandem autem ex bonorum uirorurn consilio rancorem animi deponentes ad inuicem ad pacem uenimus, hoc tenore, quod tam ipse quam sui nepotes, sicut alii, videlicet Albertus, Eberhardus, Leo et Hermannus cum suis nepotibus, qui in eadem uilla habitantes ecclesie seruire tenentur, mecum meisque successoribus equitare, dum opus fuerit, debeant et suos equos cum suis seruis, quocienscunque negocium postulaverit, acomodare non dubitent. Hospicia sua, secundum quod ius poposcerit, nobis parare curent, quod si neglexerint, se mediante iure excusent uel pro negligentia satisfaciant. Huius rei testes sunt Omnes fratres nostri et insuper Heinricus de Rodanstœin. Chunradus sueuus. Otto Grans. Heinricus marschalcus. De familia nostra Eberhardus. Dietricus et alii quam plures. Ad confirmandam igitur rei geste memoriam nostri sigilli munimine presens cartula consignatur.
