Rudolfvs dei gracia Romanorum rex semper Augustus vniuersis sacri Romani imperii fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis imperpetuum. Uenientes ad nostre magestatis presenciam honorabiles uiri . . abbas et conuentus monasterii sancte Marie de Scotis in Wienna, dilecti deuoti nostri, humiliter supplicarunt, ut priuilegium clare memorie Heinrici ducis Austrie ipsis indultum et a felicis recordacionis Friderico Romanorum imperatore confirmatum confirmare de benignitate regia dignaremur. Cuius priuilegii et confirmacionis talis est tenor. (Folgt die sub Nr. XXV, pag. 33 abgedruckte Urkunde K. Friedrich's II.) Nos itaque predictorum abbatis et conuentus Scotorum humilibus supplicacionibus fauorabiliter inclinati, presens priuilegium ad instar felicis recordacionis Friderici Romanorum imperatoris, predecessoris nostri, in omnibus suis articulis confirmamus, innouamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat, hanc nostre confirmacionis paginam infringere aut ei in aliquo ausu temerario contraire, quod qui fecerit, grauem nostre magestatis offensam se nouerit incurrisse. In cuius testimonium presens scriptum exinde conscribi et magestatis nostre sigillo iussimus communiri. Huius rei testes sunt venerabiles, Fridericus Salzburgensis archiepiscopus, P. Pattauiensis, L. Ratisponensis , B. Babenbergensis, . . Frisingensis, . . Seccouiensis, . . Gurcensis, . . Lauentinus et Johannes Chimensis episcopi et nobilis vir Burgrauius de Nuorinberch et alii quam plures. Signum domini Rudolfi Romanorum regis inuictissimi (loc. Monogr.). Datum Wienne IXo. kalendas Aprilis, indictione quinta, anno domini millesimo ducentesimo septuagesimo septimo, regni uero nostri anno quarto.
