Rvdolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper Augustus vniuersis sacri Romani imperii fidelibus presentes litteras inspecturis gratiam suam et omne bonum. Cum racione plasmacionis et redempcionis ministerio per mundi climata vigeat Iesus Christus, a quo omnia, per quem omnia et in quo omnia potencialiter predicantur, a quo omnis potestas progreditur et in quo viuimus, mouemur et sumus, non indigne suos ministros, qui cottidie celestia contemplantur, foueri et clementer respici a cunctis principibus, per quos orbis regitur, iudicamus. Sane cum venerabili abbati ecclesie sancte Marie Scotorum Wiennensium et fratribus ibidem militantibus summo patri a pie recordacionis principibus terre Austrie illa gracia sit concessa et a nobis postmodum confirmata, quod de omnibus victualibus, que ad coquinam principis deducuntur per totam Austriam, ipsis debeat decima elargiri, licet eisdem quandoque eadem gracia non fuerit obseruata, nos deuocionem abbatis et conuentus ecclesie memorate interne pietatis oculis intuentes, ob anime nostre et predecessorum ac successorum nostrorum salutem et memoriam sempiternam nec non ob releuacionem defectuum ecclesie sepedicte ipsis ius patronatus ecclesie in Gaunenstorf cum omni iure, quod nobis in eadem ecclesia competit, pro memorata decima nec non in recompensam capelle sancte crucis in Tulna, quam iidem, abbas et conuentus, pro locandis ibidem monialibus ad laudem diuini nominis ampliandam nobis liberaliter contulerunt, duximus conferendum, ita quod post mortem uel resignacionem liberam honesti viri Chunradi, rectoris ecclesie memorate, ipsa ecclesia, quantum ex collacione nostra esse poterit, mense fratrum perpetuo debeat deseruire. In cuius rei testimonium presens scriptum maiestatis nostre sigillo iussimus communiri. Datum Wienne VIIIo. idus Junii, indictione VIIIa, anno domini millesimo CCo.
