Venerabili in Christo patri ac domino W., diuina miseracione Patauiensi episcopo, Chunradus, plebanus de Gaunesdorf, oraciones in domino tam debitas quam detiotas. Cum diuina permittente clementia in lectum redaetus egritudinis irrecuperabilis, ita quod omni die dissolucionem anime et corporis michi timeo imminere, non subornatus, non inductus aut ilectus, sed pure et canonice in manibus uestris instrumento presenti pro me loquente et allegante ecclesiam meam supradictam, scilicet Gaunesdorf, sicut accepi, sic resigno in nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti, speciali tamen dilectione gloriose uirginis Marie, ad cuius monasterium iam dicta ecclesia cum suo honore transitura est, amonitus et informatus. Vnde supplico quantum possum, ut in iam supradicta ecclesia monasterium antedictum dominorum meorum Scotorum non permittatis, quantum in uobis est, per aliquem uel aliquos inpediri. Facta est resignacio anno domini Mo. CCo. LXXX. primo in vigilia XI millium virginum presentibus hiis magistro Gregorio et magistro Nycolao et aliis quam pluribus.
